- Receive Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with detailed return instructions and the return shipping address.
- Ship the Item: Return the item to the specified address within the timeframe provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong product was sent.
- Refund Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival:
- Used or opened hygiene-sensitive products.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" during purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Provide clear photos and a description of the issue. We will either:
